1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website at ecoluxtransportusa.com or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

EcoLux Transport USA provides private black car transportation services in Orlando and Central Florida, including but not limited to:

  • Airport pickups and drop-offs (MCO)
  • Hotel and resort transfers
  • Convention center shuttles
  • Cruise port transfers (Port Canaveral)
  • Hourly personal driver service
  • Full day packages

All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from EcoLux Transport USA via email or phone. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting rates and may vary based on distance, time, and specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

6. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for their behavior during transport. EcoLux Transport USA reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from EcoLux Transport USA related to your reservation. SMS messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, driver dispatch notifications, and service updates.

Opt-in: SMS consent is provided at the time of booking by submitting your phone number on our booking form.

Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. SMS consent is not required as a condition of service. SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

EcoLux Transport USA is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during transport.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
